1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest„Opracowanie dokumentacjiprojektowej „Naprawa elewacji budynku hali POSiR w Pszczynie przy ul. Zamenhofa 5a”.
2) Zakres dokumentacji technicznej powinien obejmowaćkompleksową naprawę elewacji, m.in. (szczegółowy zakres opisany w ekspertyzie):
· wykonanie wentylacji elewacji z częściową wymianą izolacji termicznej,
· wymiana pasa kalenicowego na szerszy,
· częściowa wymiana obróbek blacharskich,
· wykonanie wentylacji poddasza wentylowanego,
· wymianę naświetli poliwęglanowych na okna lub jeżeli z powodów konstrukcyjnych będzie to niemożliwe na nowe naświetla
· wszystkie roboty budowlane niezbędne do wykonania w/w naprawy.
